Wincham Parish Council for a number of years had been looking to improve the Playing Field with a Fitness Track, funded through grants to not effect the Council Tax burden on the residents of the village.
Progress to date:
The views of the residents was sought and a survey was undertaken by the Parish Council in May 2025. The results did not show support for this venture, and the Parish Council revised its plans.
Next Steps:
To look to improve the footpaths to the playing fields.
